Returns Policy

Customers looking to return any item must contact us to request a Returns Merchandise Number (RMA) prior to returning any products. Your RMA number is "valid" for only 14 days upon receipt. In case of "Dead On Arrival" the item must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped out, including original packing and all accessories. Enclose the RMA Authorisation email with the parcel. Clearly mark the parcel with the RMA supplied by us The return parcel must be sent to our Return Department at your risk and expense. Returning the parcel back to you will be at Our expense. Due to the nature of these goods, we recommend the use of registered post for the return. Faulty Goods reurned to us will be subject to testing by us, if the fault is confimed we will then repair or replace the item(s)
